Project Manager
Details
The Project Manager is responsible for detailed project planning
and plan development, work task definition, cost analysis and
estimating, managing the full life cycle development, schedule &
budget adherence, resource planning and allocation, reporting status,
risk mitigation, and overall financial responsibility for projects.
Project Managers will work with clients and coordinate across
functions internally and externally to ensure on-time, on-budget, and
in-spec delivery of the client’s requested solution. Project Managers

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of government

- Conduct information gathering meetings with clients to identify
their systems security requirements.

PKI Operations
Details
The PKI Operations Support team member will perform operational
duties for a high profile client base, including supporting a
technology laboratory. Responsibilities include providing PKI Help
Desk Support, handling RA duties, and performing hands-on, day-to-day
PKI operations and maintenance tasks. These tasks include patching and
updating operating systems and system software, monitoring logs and
resolving discrepancies, and developing and updating PKI documentation
(i.e., technical team documentation and drawings) as needed. This
person will assist in the PKI technology refresh as needed,
participate in PKI COOP activities, and work closely with PKI
engineering team and client technical staff to ensure day to day
operations of PKI system and associated environments. The PKI

PMO Analyst
Details
The PMO Analyst is a client-facing role that will provide expertise
and support in status reporting, schedule support, communication,
business requirements generation and tracking, documentation,
PowerPoint presentations, and various analyses as needed. Minimum of
2-5 years related experience.
Responsibilities include producing weekly and monthly status
reporting, development of briefings, and ad hoc reports, execution of
the PMO communications plan, providing support to document and content
management for the PMO and assigned projects, development and delivery
of training for assigned projects and deficiencies, consolidating
timesheet reporting, creating requirements documents and tracking
requirements changes, assisting in development of integrated project
documentation, and supporting the PMO Lead. This position will be the

Security Subject Matter Expert
Details
The Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a client-facing role
that is responsible for delivery of senior level information security
advisor service to support the project or PMO; identification of
implementation approaches and technical options analysis; delivery of
risk assessments and mitigation strategies for deficiencies and
projects; support to C&A activities, security policy initiatives, and
other Information Systems Security Operations (ISSO) responsibilities.
Successful candidates must have deep knowledge of IT security
related issues, ability to ID deficiencies, implement approaches and
technical options.
Must have C&A experience.
Must have Bachelors degree in related discipline, 10+ years prior
experience in the IT security arena; prior Federal government
experience; CISSP certified. PMP certification is a plus. Must be U.S.
citizen and able to successfully pass a government security background

Component Deployment Analyst
Details
The Component Deployment Analyst is an integral member of the
HSPD-12 deployment team,providing expertise and support in the areas
of:
- Training and customer support – providing Component support for
badging and usage of the USAccess System, for DICAM training and
system support and for the development Component presentations, road
shows, training materials, documentation, etc.
- Data analysis and reporting - working with Component
demographic, applicant and geographic mapping data

The Principal Enterprise Architect will work with stakeholders,

strategy, and processes, drawing from direct experiences on other
large scale enterprises to guide the client toward practical

- Coordinating cross-program and cross-project architecture strategies and problem resolution

Details
The Proposal/Technical Writer prepares proposals featuring
services offered by eMentum for our U.S. Federal Government clients.
The Proposal/Technical Writer works closely with various technical
teams to draft technical proposal content, and with Business Development
teams who manage proposals, responses to Request for a Proposal (RFP), Request
for a Quote (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI), RFI, RFP, and RFQ; data
calls from prime contractors. The Proposal/Technical Writer also assists
with other business development-related projects as directed. The
Proposal/Technical Writer drafts consistent solution/market messages
and strategies and conveys them in proposals and related writings.
The Proposal/Technical Writer exercises quality control on all documentation
delivered to existing or potential clients.

Details
The Senior Application Engineer will lead the effort to identify, define and
model application requirements that meet customer expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define application solutions that meet customer requirements
- Act as the main project team liaison between the customer representatives
- Prepare deliverables to support the development and deployment of the solution such as application
guides and test plans and provide continuity during the transition from one stage to the next

Details
Three levels of Managers needed:

The Identity and Access Manager is a technical professional
