With twenty-six years of Information Technology and consulting experience, Ms. Buckner provides executive leadership in all aspects of account management. Her clients have included the Department of Defense, NASA and joint agencies. A senior executive with an in-depth IT background, Donna Buckner provides to our clients the benefit of more than 25 years of experience in application development, software engineering, and program management. Donna used her considerable experience to structure eMentum’s business development, contract management, and client support operations, and she is currently managing these areas for eMentum.
